redhorse assisted training offers something completely unique and different to the Australian Corporate Market. Our programs are tailor made to suit the client’s needs in the areas of; leadership, self awareness, team building, communication and relationships.
redhorse programs lead a revolution in growth, learning and development. We do not use conventional approaches to training. We use a totally different perspective - the perspective of the horse.
redhorse puts the WOW factor back into corporate training. We guarantee that participants will see something they’ve never seen before.
What do we do?
We offer programs to corporate clients that focus on leadership development, team building, communication, relationship building, developing trust and raising self awareness.
We work with teams and individuals
Why are we different?
We work with horses.
Horses help us understand that leadership and communication begins with who we are being. Horses help us close the gap between how we actually present ourselves to others, and how we think we are being.
Based on their natural instinct for survival horses are highly sensitive to reading energy.
This is how they connect with humans through reading energy and body language.
Horses have no agenda with us. They simply reflect our strength of character, our heart, our internal incongruence and our self-limiting perceptions. This is where the work is really valuable because the horse allows us to see what we cannot normally see
Who can participate?
Our programs are suited to those people who are willing to be open and who want to work on new ways of enhancing performance. We design programs for the lower, middle and executive level managers and leaders.
Do we have to ride the horses?
No. All the exercises are ground based you do not have to ride the horses. If a client makes a specific request we may consider particular exercises that involve being led on the horse. All safety equipment and correct tack is provided.
What do I bring?
All participants who are attending our programs need to wear closed toe shoes, ideally boots and long light-weight trousers/jeans.
What if it rains?
We operate from an immaculately presented 5 star horse facility with undercover arena. Thankfully we are protected from the Australian elements at our venue.
I’m allergic to horses can I still come?
Depending on how bad your allergy is you may still wish to come along and watch. You will still learn a lot from watching your colleagues going through the program. There is still the opportunity to actively participate in all the group discussions and analysis.
I’m scared of horses I’m unsure if I want to come.
Anyone who attends a redhorse program or open day is not obligated to work with the horses. We believe that to get the most out of the program participants volunteer to interact with the horses. However, there is just as much to gain by observing and listening to others moving through the process.
