Radisson Resort regularly takes our management team away and on this occasion we were looking for something different.  We were attracted to redhorse assisted training because of how unique the programme is.  It is important to us to ensure any time spent away from the office has a real tangible benefit.  All our expectations were met during our two days at redhorse. more

Before the training the team were very focused on their individual departments and communication was not as good as it could be.  After the training we all had a better appreciation of each others strengths and relationships within the group were much stronger.  The team also came away with a heightened sense of self awareness and the willingness to continue their personal development.  The horses were of course a highlight. 

The team all had different levels of exposure to horses, some had never been close to a horse before.  We even had someone that had an allergy however equipped with the necessary preventative medicine and face mask, they were able to fully participate.  I don’t know how or why, but somehow the presence of the horses allowed each individual to surrender many of those  behaviours and beliefs that have been detrimental to their personal development.  They are truly beautiful animals and it was a pleasure and privilege to work with them and of course Eula, Peter and Peter and the rest of the wonderful team at redhorse.
